How it works
By registering, you help refugees find safe homes while coordinating with IOM and property owners to meet their requirement.
-
1
Create a profile
Express your interest in becoming an NGO partner on our platform via our form
-
2
Apply for properties
Once your profile is created and approved by an IOM staff, you can review the information of different refugees and apply for properties based on their requirements.
-
3
IOM endorses applicants
Send these applications to the IOM staff for review.
-
4
Landlord reviews applicants sent by IOM
After reviewing the applications, IOM will send the list of potential candidates to the landlord, who decides which applications to accept for their property.
-
5
Property is rented out
The direct lease agreement is established between the landlord and the refugee.
-
6
NGOs assess matching experience
NGO can continue to support the refugee and landlord for 6 months after the signing of the contract if necessary, and depending on the NGOs supporting capacity. An evaluation moment, conducted by the NGO after 6 months, will assess the matching experience of the refugee and the landlord
